“What a fantastic evening enjoyed by the whole family!! It’s so rare to all go out together, and we would never normally dream of taking Ashlyn to somewhere like soft play usually. It would be far too busy with people not aware of how much room a wheelchair needs!! The thought that had gone in to making it so much more than soft play was amazing - from Spider-Man to snow to disco and cake!! The hours whizzed by and after such a tough time during the pandemic, it was so nice to reconnect in person with our Emily’s Star family. Thank you so much, you are all stars xx” Sam Preston

Words can not describe how lucky we are to have Emily's Star, in our lives, not just for Theo but for us as a family.
Having a child with complex needs can be very lonely, as even those closest to us, dont fully understand what we parents go through.
Emily's star allows us, as parents to feel understood, and to know we are not alone.
It is also so lovely knowing we can take Theo somewhere and that he is accepted by all.
