Carmen's 121

30th May, Sarah our new family community support worker took Carmen to play golf.

Carmen has been registered with us for around 6 months, she’s enjoyed lots of events so far, from magicians to the fire station visit. We’ve also just funded a short break away in July for her & her family.

Carmen & Sarah enjoyed 2 different golf courses at Volcano Falls - Xscape MK.

Carmen really enjoyed her time out & couldn’t wait to show her mum the photos & her tell her about her hole in 1.

Sarah’s role is to support our families however they need & today this is what Carmen needed, some time out being a “nearly” teenager
