12h November, Sarah popped in to see Edward, who has unfortunately been in hospital for a while now.
Sarah has been popping in when she can, to read him stories, jingle bells & talk to him.
She also takes in anything they need from the shop, wipes & tissues being top of the list.
Last week, we sent mum a Costa gift card to grab herself a little coffee & cake break.
Mum, Gabby sent us this lovely message…
“ Thank you so much for the ear defenders for Edward and the ‘shop’ bits for him, he loved Sarah coming to visit him and read him some lovely books. The ear defenders will help him so much as he isn’t coping well with lots of noise. Your always so supportive of Edward and we appreciate it so much, thank you xxx”
Messages like these when mum has 1001 things to think about, knowing she took the time to think of us & thank us, just shows how much our support means to our families.
We are so lucky to play a part in the lives of the children who are registered with us.
