This week we invited our home school group to Westcroft Library.
This time we read the story “The Hungry Caterpillar”
As we read through the book all our children were able to either look, smell & taste the foods the hungry caterpillar had eaten…
The hungry caterpillar was also naughty as he tried to nibble the treats again too… then the beautiful butterfly visited all the children for them to see & touch the different & beautiful textures!
It was a lovely morning, followed by tea, cakes and a good old chat nearby!
