After school on 8th May our teen & young adult group met up for some bowling fun…
As a charity we try to ensure all our families receive support, from large group events for everyone, to smaller home school group sessions & teen / young adult meet ups.
We support any child aged 0-25 in Milton Keynes who has a life limiting condition & falls under the care of the children with complex needs nursing team in MK.
